That staff be authorized to proceed in the appeal filed with the Ontario Municipal Board in support of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment denying the application for a minor variance in C.A.V. A/043/2012 (3521 Regional Road 25), in accordance with the report from the Legal Department, dated June 12, 2012.
That the notice of intention to designate be issued under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act , for the Walton Memorial United Church Manse at 39 Jones Street; and 2. That the notice of intention to repeal By-law 2010-108 be issued under Section 31 of the Ontario Heritage Act for the property at 144 Bronte Road.
