That the assumption of Gatwick Drive in Plan 20M-768 and Lane 131 being parts 12 & 13 on Plan 20R-15727 be approved and By-law 2010-040 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-781 be approved and By-law 2010-039 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-880 be approved and By-law 2010-038 be passed.

That By-law 2010-030, a by-law to dedicate certain land as part of a public highway (Parts 1 and 2, Plan 20R-18445 – Prince Michael Drive ), be passed.

That the notice of intention to designate be issued under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act , for the property at 1167 Lakeshore Road East.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.
