That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-871 be approved and By-law 2010-015 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-1000 be approved and By-law 2010-060 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-955 be approved and By-law 2010-059 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-892 be approved and By-law 2010-058 be passed.

That the Zoning By-law Amendment application submitted by Oakville Hydro Energy Services Inc (File No.: Z.1325.01) for a site specific amendment to permit the development of a 9.6 megawatt District Energy facility be approved; with the holding provision to address requirements of the Town, Region and Conservation Halton; 2. That the requirements of the Health Protection Air Quality By-law be met by the applicant; and 3. That By-law 2010-041 be passed.

That By-law 2010-075 and By-law 2010-084 to amend the Town of Oakville’s North Oakville Zoning By-law 2009-189, be passed.

That Report PD-026-10 be endorsed as input to Halton Region with respect to the requests received from the development community to participate in the 2008/2009 Water and Wastewater Servicing Allocation Phase 2 Program; and 2. That staff be requested to report back providing updated financial information on the full cost of growth, including the impact of the proposed new hospital funding, prior to the next allocation program.

That this Committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2010-015 A by-law to assume Registered Plan 20M-871.
