That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the Condominium Agreement between the Town and Nexus (456 Lakeshore Oakville) Holdings Inc. (File: 24CDM-07010) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement and to insert any required plan numbers. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Condominium Agreement with Nexus (Lakeshore Oakville) Holdings Inc.

That By-law 2010-088, a by-law to dedicate certain land as part of a public highway, be passed.

That By-law 2010-089, a by-law to dedicate certain land as part of a public highway (Part of Block 219, Plan 20M-840 – Nautical Boulevard), be passed.

That Report PD-029-10 regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment (File No.: Z.1316.02) and Draft Plan of Subdivision (File No.: 24T-05016, Phase 1) application submitted by Timsin Holdings Corporation and Arrassa Investments Inc. be received.

That comments from the public with respect to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications (File 1613.58) by Melrose Investments Inc. and Rosehaven Homes Limited (First Rose Development Inc.) be received. 2. That the Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications (Z.1613.58) submitted by Melrose Investments Inc. and Rosehaven Homes Limited (First Rose Development Inc.) be denied.

That the Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications (Z.1613.57) submitted by Melrose Investments Inc. and Rosehaven Homes Limited be opposed at the Ontario Municipal Board.

That the Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments application (Z.1613.56) submitted by Melrose Investments Inc. and Rosehaven Homes Limited be opposed at the Ontario Municipal Board.

That Council ratify the filing of the appeal by the Legal Department from the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in C.A.V. CAV A/032/2010 (1395 North Service Road West); 2. That staff be authorized to attend the hearing of the appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board on behalf of the Town in opposition to the minor variance application; 3. That the staff direction in clause 3 of the confidential report from the Legal Department dated April 21, 2010, be approved.

That Clause 6a from the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Committee meeting of May 11, 2010, be approved.
