That the report from the Legal Department dated May 26, 2010, be received.

That By-law 2010-124, a by-law to establish a process for a phased approval of the site plan for the proposed new hospital project, be approved, as revised in accordance with the memorandum from the Legal Department dated June 7, 2010, distributed at the meeting.

That the applications by Halton Healthcare Services Inc. and Oakville Hydro Energy Services Inc., Site Plan File No.'s: SP.1326.001/02 and SP.1325.001/01 be granted Master Site Plan Approval subject to the terms and conditons contained in Appendix A of report PD-023-10, as revised in accordance with the memorandum from the Planning Services Department dated June 7, 2010, distributed and further clarified at the meeting.

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of May 25, 2010, be received.
