That Heritage Permit Application HP02/10-42.20K for partial demolition, restoration and alterations to the coach house at 260 King Street, according to the drawings dated January 29, 2010, be approved subject to approval by the Manager of Heritage Planning of the final stucco finish; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
