Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of April 13, 2010, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP11/10-42.20P for the restoration of the house and construction of a new addition at 351 Palmer Avenue, according to the submitted heritage permit application attached as Appendix A to the report dated April 20, 2010 from Planning Services, be approved, subject to a sample of all textures of stucco being submitted to Planning Services (Heritage Planning) for approval; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage Planning) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That Heritage Permit Application HP07/10-42.20T for a new front entrance door, transom and painting at 167 Trafalgar Road according to the submitted heritage permit application attached as Appendix A to the report dated April 13, 2010 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage Planning) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
