That Heritage Permit Application HP14/10-42.20L for exterior painting and new fencing at 280 Lawson Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated May 13, 2010 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
