That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee special meeting of June 14, 2010, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP21/10-42.20G for landscaping at 44 George Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated June 16, 2010 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
