That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the Subdivision Agreement between the Town and Davis Minardi Home Corporation and Denbridge Developments Inc., (File: 24T-05016) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement and to insert any required plan numbers. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement with Davis Minardi Home Corporation and Denbridge Developments Inc.

That the Subdivision Agreement between the Town and GLBP Nominee Co. II (File: 24T-09002) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement and to insert any required plan numbers. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement with GLBP Nominee Co. II.

That the document Submission Requirements for Demolition and Removal from Register Requests be received and endorsed.

That By-law 2010-098, a by-law to designate the property at 1167 Lakeshore Road East as a property of historical, architectural and/or contextual significance, be passed.

That the application to demolish the dwelling and cultural heritage landscape at 394 Lakeshore Road West be refused.

That By-law 2010-133, being a By-law to enter into a heritage easement agreement with the property owner of 531 and 533 Kerr Street be passed.

That application Z.1612.11, submitted by FC (Olde Oakville) Corp. and FCHT (Ontario) Holdings Corp., be approved in accordance with Official Plan Amendment Number 307 (Zoning By-law 2010-113) and Zoning By-law Amendment 2010-114; 2. That Official Plan Amendment Number 307 be adopted, and implementing By-law 2010-113 be passed; and 3. That Zoning By-law Amendment 2010-114 be passed.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-laws be passed: 2010-098 A by-law to designate the Peterkin House at 1167 Lakeshore Road East as a property of historical, architectural and/or contextual significance. (Re: Item 4) 2010-113 A by-law to adopt an amendment to the Official Plan of the Oakville Planning Area, Official Plan Amendment No. 307 (File No. FC (Olde Oakville) Inc. FC (Olde Oakville) Corporation and FCHT (Ontario) Holdings Corp. – Z.1612.11) (Re: Item 7) 2010-114 A by-law to amend the Town of Oakville’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 1984-63 to modify and extend the regulations for commercial uses at 271, 301, 321, 351 and 361 Cornwall Road, and to introduce temporary uses at 485 Trafalgar Road (File: FC (Olde Oakville) Corporation and FCHT (Ontario) Holdings Corp. – Z.1612.11) (Re: Item 7) (continued) 2010-133 A by-law to authorize the execution of a Heritage Easement Agreement for the Old Smith Houses on the property legally described as PT LT 16, CON 3 SDS, as in 488963, OC18589 and 385097, Town of Oakville, Regional Municipality of Halton.
