Site Plan Committee Meeting

That the minutes from the Site Plan Committee meeting of March 22, 2011 be approved.

That the application by Freeman Planning Solutions Inc. on behalf of Harvest Bible Chapel Oakville (site plan file number: SP.1635.019/01) be approved, subject to conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated April 27, 2011 from the Planning Services Department.

That condition 107 of Appendix A of the report dated May 2, 2011 from the Planning Services Department be revised to read: ‘That the Owners prepare and implement a report, in accordance with the latest erosion and sediment control standards including the Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for Urban Construction prepared by the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area Conservation Authorities dated December 2006 and Inspection Guide dated 2008, outlining erosion and siltation controls measures required prior to and during the construction of all proposed development within or immediately adjacent to the Glenorchy Conservation Area or the Natural Heritage System to the satisfaction of Conservation Halton and the Town.’

That condition 82(q) of Appendix A of the report dated May 2, 2011 from the Planning Services Department be revised such that it reflects the revisions made to condition 107, by adding the following sentence at the end of the condition: ‘Consideration shall be given to the latest erosion and sediment control standards including the Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for Urban Construction prepared by the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area Conservation Authorities dated December 2006 and Inspection Guide dated 2008.’

That this Committee resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of dealing with a matter pertaining to the security of the property of the municipality with respect to Item 5b.

That the amendment to the Master Site Plan approval submitted by Halton Healthcare Services (Site Plan file number: SP.1326.001/02) be approved, subject to the updated conditions as amended in Appendix A of the report dated May 2, 2011 from the Planning Services Department. 2. That a reduction of the fees payable under By-law 2010-124 to 50% of the fee otherwise payable be approved.

That the report dated April 18, 2011 from the Planning Services Department be received for information.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Entertainment Central (Oakville) Inc. on behalf of Tiliyard Management Inc. (associated with Iroquois Ridge Shopping Centre Ltd.), File Number: SP. 1412.024.07SV for additional sign face area on two existing ground signs, be approved.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Vandyk-Wyndham Place Ltd., (File Number: SP. 1617.049/04SV) for 15 flag signs, be approved.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Canadian Tire Real Estate (File Number: 1412.021/03SV), for an increase in sign face area of 3.810m 2 to a maximum of 83.479m 2 , be approved.
