That the minutes from the Site Plan Committee meeting of May 10, 2011 be approved.

That the application by LM Real Estate Consulting on behalf of Great Lakes Business Park Land Trust (site plan file number: SP.1635.017/01) be approved, subject to conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 27, 2011 from the Planning Services Department.

That the application by Intra Architect Inc., on behalf of Hans Holdings Inc. (site plan file number: SP.1635.018/01) be approved, subject to conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 31, 2011 from the Planning Services Department.

That the application by FCHT Holdings (Ontario) Corporation, (site plan file number 1716.016/02) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated April 21, 2011, from the Planning Services Department.

That the applications by 1478510 Ontario Inc. (site plan file number: SP.1619.038/01), be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2011, from the Planning Services Department.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd., File Number: SP.1517.010/05SV, to permit an additional 4.18m 2 of sign face area to an existing ground sign (for a total of 14.94m 2 of sign face area), a maximum total fascia signage of 28.6% of external wall area (15.23m 2 ) for the front elevation of the gas bar kiosk building, and a maximum total fascia signage of 24.4% of external wall area (13.15m 2 ) for the rear elevation of the gas bar kiosk building, be approved.
