That Planning Services Department Report PD-014-11 dated January 5, 2011 be received. 2. That Zoning By-law Amendment 2011-020 be passed.

That Committee resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals affecting the municipality relating to Item C-1 – OMB modifications to Livable Oakville.
