That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Subdivision (24T-10001/1617) submitted by West Oakville Downtown Homes Inc., prepared by Donald H Brown Surveying Ltd. dated July 9, 2010, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “A” of staff report PD-001-11. 3. That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10007/1617) submitted by West Oakville Downtown Homes Inc. prepared by Donald H Brown Surveying Ltd. dated July 9, 2010, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “A” of staff report PD-001-11.

That the report (PD-002-11) and comments from the public with respect to the Draft Plans of Subdivision and Condominium applications (24T-10002/1615 and 24CDM-10008/1615) submitted by Rebecca Street Developments Inc., be received. 2. That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Subdivision (24T-10002/1615) submitted by Rebecca Street Developments Inc., prepared by Donald H Brown Surveying Ltd., dated June 28, 2010, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “A” of staff report PD-002-11. 3. That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10008/1615) submitted by Rebecca Street Developments Inc., prepared by Donald H Brown Surveying Ltd. dated June 28, 2010, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix “A” of staff report PD-002-11.

That comments from the public with respect to the Town-initiated Zoning By-law amendment affecting the Town’s former Public Works site (File Z.1413.26), be received.

That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10004) submitted by Bronte Creek Community Limited, prepared by J. Eduardo Linhares, KRCMAR Surveyors Ltd., dated January 12, 2011, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-015-11.

That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10005) submitted by Bronte Creek Community Limited, prepared by J. Eduardo Linhares, KRCMAR Surveyors Ltd., dated January 12, 2011, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-016-11.

That the report dated January 31, 2011 from Planning Services regarding the Notice of Intention to Demolish for 171 Chisholm Street be received.

That Planning Services Report PD-012-11, dated January 31, 2011, be received. 2. That Planning Services Report PD-025-11, dated February 22, 2011, be received. 3. That staff be instructed to present the proposed modifications to the Livable Oakville Plan to the Ontario Municipal Board as they modify the policies in the Plan which have been addressed through the Places of Worship Land Use Study. 4. That the Places of Worship Land Use Study conclusions and the consultation to date, provide direction to the comprehensive Zoning By-law review program.

That the update on the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) Lands Study be received.

That the Notice of Intention to Designate be issued under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, for 3065 Seneca Drive.

That the Town not participate in the appeal by Javeed Khan before the Ontario Municipal Board regarding Committee of Adjustment Decision C.A.V. A/184/2010 (3134 Scotscraig Crescent).

That the following recommendation pertaining to Item 6(a), of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on February 8, 2011, be approved and the remainder of the minutes received: 6a. Heritage Permit Application HP01/11-42.40K - 302 King Street - New wood storm windows 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP01/11-42.20K for 302 King Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated January 21, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved as amended with the addition of clause 4; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council; and 4. That the final design details be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for approval.
