That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10006) submitted by National Homes (Westmount 9) Inc. prepared by Rady-Pentek & Edward Surveying Ltd. dated January 26, 2011, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-017-11.

That the information included in the report dated February 15, 2011 from Planning and Development Services Commission and Infrastructure and Transportation Services Commission, for the Halton Region Transportation Master Plan (2031) – The Road To Change be received.

That the report dated March 9, 2011 from Planning Services regarding the notice of Intention to Demolish for 74 Howard Avenue be received.

That the following recommendations pertaining to items 6(a) to (d) and 6(f) and (g), of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on March 8, 2011, be approved and the remainder of the minutes received: 6a. Heritage Permit Application HP04/11-42.20R - 248 Reynolds Street - New siding, garage doors and shingles 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP04/11-42.20R for new siding, garage doors and shingles at 248 Reynolds Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated February 7, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council. 6b. Heritage Permit Application HP07/11-42.20L Knox Presbyterian Church - New Stained Glass Windows 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP07/11-42.20L for new stained glass windows at 250 Lakeshore Road East (Knox Presbyterian Church) as attached in Appendix A to the report dated February 16, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council. 6c. Heritage Permit Application HP03/11- 42.20T 213 Trafalgar Road - Landscaping and exterior altera

That Committee resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to solicitor- client privilege relating to Item C-1 – Sheridan Lanes Holdings Inc. and Richard Tomulka – Committee of Adjustment Decisions.

That staff be authorized to proceed in the appeal filed with the Ontario Municipal Board to oppose the decision of the Committee of Adjustment (C.A.V. A/010/2011) approving the application for a minor variance to permit farming as a temporary use on the property located at Con.1, S.D.S., Pt. Lot 5, RP 20R10385, Part 9, Upper Middle Road East. 2. That staff be authorized to proceed in the appeal filed with the Ontario Municipal Board to oppose the decision of the Committee of Adjustment (C.A.V. A/019/2011) approving the application for a minor variance to permit farming as a temporary use on the property located at Con. 1, S.D.S., Pt. Lot 5, 2087 Upper Middle Road East.
