That the Director of Planning Services give approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-10010) submitted by Bronte Creek Community Limited, prepared by J. Eduardo Linhares, KRCMAR Surveyors Ltd., dated January 4, 2011, subject to the conditions included in Appendix A of Report PD-022-11.

That comments from the public with respect to the Zoning By-law Amendment application (File Z.1432.08) submitted by 1371975 Ontario Inc. be received.

That consideration of this matter be

That the report dated March 22, 2011 from Planning Services regarding the Notice of Intention to Demolish for 158 Westside Drive be received.

That the notice of intention to designate be issued under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, for 374 Maple Avenue.

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of March 22, 2011, be received.

That Committee resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to solicitor- client privilege and litigation or potential litigation relating to Item C-1 – Livable Oakville Modifications.

That the confidential report from the Legal Department dated March 25, 2011, be received; and That the revised recommendation contained in the confidential memorandum dated April 11, 2011, from the Legal Department be approved.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2011-048 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council
