That Heritage Permit Application HP05/11-42.20W for the temporary relocation of the log cabin at 5 Walker Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated February 17, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved as amended, subject to the existing brick and stone materials of the log cabin being retained in order to allow for the re-use of these materials at its final site; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
