That Heritage Permit Application HP14/11-42.20L for new windows at 271 Lawson Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated April 20, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That Heritage Permit Application HP13/11-42.20W for alterations to the garage and a new basement window at 225 William Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated April 11, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved, subject to using recessed panels on all doors; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
