That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That Planning Services Department Report PD-066-11 dated September 12, 2011 be received; and 2. That the proposal by QEW-Bronte Developments Inc. & 1401114 Ontario Inc. be approved and Zoning By-law Amendment 2011-106 be passed, as revised in accordance with the memorandum from Planning Services dated October 11, 2011 distributed at the meeting.

That application Z.1616.52, submitted by Neilas Inc., be approved and that By-law 2011-090 be passed.

That Council endorse in principle the approach outlined in the Subdivision Process Report dated September 11, 2011 as an overall implementation strategy as it relates to the subdivision approval process.

That report PD-073-11, which sets out the Terms of Reference for preparing the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law, be received; and 2. That staff develop an inZone sub-committee comprised of members of Council.

That legal staff be instructed to present to the Ontario Municipal Board the modifications to the Livable Oakville Plan detailed in the confidential report dated September 29, 2011.

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of September 27, 2011, be received.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2011-090 A by-law to amend the amend the Town of Oakville's Comprehensive Zoning By-law 1984-63, as amended, and to rezone lands located at 54 & 60 Shepherd Road, being Part of Lot 16, Concession 13, S.D.S. (File: Neilas (Shepherd Road) Inc., Z.1616.52 . (Re: Item 2) 2011-101 A by-law to declare that certain land is not subject to part lot control - Lots 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 197, and Blocks 362, 365, 366, 376, 378 and 380, Plan 20M-1085 -Longbridge Building Ltd. 2011-106 A by-law to amend the Town of Oakville’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 1984-63, as amended, and to rezone lands located at 1087, 1099, 1105 Bronte Road, Concession 2, Part of Lot 30, S.D.S. as shown as the affected lands on Schedule ‘A’ to this By-law (File: Z.1530.05, QEW-Bronte Developments Inc. and 1401114 Ontario Inc.), as revised. (Re: Item 1) 2011-117 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
