That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the North Oakville East Trails Plan and the related report PD-096-11 dated October 20, 2011, from the Community Services Commission, Planning and Development Commission, and Infrastructure and Transportation Services Commission be received. 2. That a Council Sub-Committee be established for the purpose of hearing presentations and input from interested persons on the North Oakville East Trails Plan. 3. That Mayor Burton and Councillors Elgar, Adams, Grant, Duddeck and Robinson be appointed to the Council Sub-Committee on the North Oakville East Trails Plan. 4. That Staff report back to Council early in 2012 on the presentations and input received and potential options discussed at the Sub-Committee for Council’s consideration in finalizing the North Oakville East Trails Plan. The Mayor resumed the Chair.

That the assumption of Blocks 292 and 293 on Plan 20M-644 be approved and By-law 2011-123 be passed.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-815 and 20R-14299 be approved and By-law 2011-125 be passed.

That the assumption of the following be approved and By-law 2011-124 be passed: - Central Park Drive and Sawgrass Drive in Registered Plan 20M-657; - Georgian Drive and Parkhaven Boulevard north of Georgian Drive in Registered Plan 20M-701; - Georgian Drive in Registered Plan 20M-768; and - Georgian Drive in Registered Plan 20M-803.

That the assumption of Registered Plan 20M-976 approved. 2. That By-law 2011-122 a by-law to assume the works and streets within Plan 20M-976 and that portion of Pinery Crescent west of Lot 107 in plan 20M-808, be passed. 3. That the securities be released except the $50,000 to be retained in accordance with the Letter of Undertaking dated November 28, 2011.

That the assumption of Plan 20M-912 be approved and By-law 2011-126 be passed.

That the Temporary Use By-law Extension application (File No. Z.1314.05) submitted by Medeiros Boat Works Ltd. be approved and that By-law 2011-129 to permit the lands to be used as a boat manufacturing and fabrication operation as a temporary use for a period of three years be passed.

That comments from the public with respect to the proposed Plan of Vacant Land Condominium application (File No.: 1524 24CDM 11005/1524) Public Storage Canada be received.

That the report PD-090-11 titled Downtown Oakville Strategic Action Plan – 2011 Update and dated October 25, 2011 be received.

That the report dated November 1, 2011 from Planning Services regarding the Notice of Intention to Demolish for 335 Maple Avenue, be received.

That the following recommendations pertaining to Items 6a, 6b and 6c, of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on November 8, 2011, be approved and the remainder of the minutes be received: 6.a. Heritage Permit Application HP35/11-42.20T 241 Trafalgar Road - New fences - Report from Planning Services, October 21, 2011 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP35/11-42.20T for new fences at 241 Trafalgar Road, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated October 21, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council. b. Heritage Permit Application HP34/11-42.20R 318 Reynolds Street - New Driveway - Report from Planning Services, October 18, 2011 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP34/11-42.20R for a new driveway at 318 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated October 18, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. That the material of the proposed driveway be consistent with the material of the existing driveway, to be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; 2.
