That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That comments from the public with respect to the Draft Plan of Subdivision Application (File: 24T-11003/1405) by Infrastructure Ontario, Rick Tomulka, and Sheridan lane Holdings Inc., be received.

That comments from the public with respect to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Application (File: Z.1617.39) and Draft Plan of Subdivision (File: 24T-11002) by Canada Lands Corporation be received.

That application Z.1413.27, submitted by Silwell Developments Ltd., be approved and that By-law 2012-002 be passed, as revised in accordance with the memorandum from the Planning Services department dated January 16, 2012 and distributed at the meeting.

That the following recommendations pertaining to Items 6a, 6b and 6c, of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on December 13, 2011, be approved and the remainder of the minutes be received: 6.a. Heritage Permit Application HP39/11-42.20D 376 Douglas Avenue - New addition and alterations to porch - Report from Planning Services Department, November 14, 2011 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP39/11-42.20D for removal of the rear addition, construction of a new rear addition and alterations to the front porch and building exterior at 376 Douglas Avenue, as described in the report dated November 14, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following conditions: a. That the garage cladding be wood shingles and all garage doors be constructed of wood, product details to be approved by Planning Services (Heritage); b. That the two second storey windows on the north elevation retain their original proportions and style; c. That the window and door details dated November 16, 2011 and circulated at the Heritage Oakville meeting on December 13, 2011 be approved; and d. That the revised plans dated December 2, 2011 and circulated at the Heritage Oakville meeting on December 13, 2011 replace the plans attached in Appendix A; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. Z.1413.27 , as revised. (Re: Item 3) 2012-003 A by-law to declare that certain land is not subject to part lot control – (Lot 8 and Blocks 361, 377, 379 and 381, Plan 20M-1085 – Longridge Building Ltd.) 2012-004 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
