That the application by the property owner for 3053 Seneca Drive (Site Plan file number: SP1731.052/01) be approved, subject to the revised conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated June 24, 2011 from Planning Services: b Site Plan – That the site plan drawing be revised to show the removal of the entire existing concrete pad that straddles the adjacent property (3047 Seneca Dr.) and the area remediated with the placement of topsoil and sod. 8. That the owner/applicant undertake and complete the works identified in 1.b (removal of the existing concrete pad on 3047 Seneca Drive and remediate the area with topsoil and sod) within 30 days of conditional site plan approval or at the time of demolition of the dwelling on the subject site.
