Site Plan Committee Meeting

That the minutes of the Site Plan Committee meeting of July 12, 2011, be approved.

That the application by Calloway Reit (Hopedale) Inc. (Site Plan File No. SP 1625.008/10) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated August 28, 2011, from Planning Services Department.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Sign Advice on behalf of Royal Host Limited Partnership (Holiday Inn) (File SP.1614.014/05 SV) for one additional ground sign on the frontage at 590 Argus Road be approved.

That the site plan application submitted by Ashford Terrace (Phase 1) Developments Inc. (Bluwater Residences Oakville (Phase 1) Inc.) (SP.1734.005/02) be approved, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated September 6, 2011, from the Planning Services Department.

That the application by 2219577 Ontario Inc. (SP. 1617.049/02) be approved, subject to: satisfying the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated September 7, 2011, from the Planning Services Department; and provision of a privacy fence along the south property line, to be constructed in compliance with Fencing By-law 2002-034 and include peripheral gates on either end of the fence sufficient to restrict access to the landscape area south of the proposed building.
