That the report dated June 14, 2011 from Planning Services regarding the Notice of Intention to Demolish for the property at 3113 Old Bronte Road be received.

That Heritage Permit Application HP22/11-42.20S for a new driveway at 70 Second Street as attached in Appendix A to the report dated June 23, 2011 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That any changes to the existing proposal which are considered by staff to be minor in nature be submitted to Planning Services (Heritage) for final approval; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
