Site Plan Committee Meeting

That the minutes of the Site Plan Committee meeting of October 11, 2011, be approved.

That the application by Ellis Don Carillion (NOH) Joint Venture on behalf of Halton Healthcare Services (Site Plan File No. SP1326.001/03), for approval of Detailed Designs Plans including Amendments to the Master Site Plan, be approved in accordance with the report from the Planning Services Department dated November 7, 2011; 2. That the plans and drawings attached as Schedule B1, B2, B3 and B4 to Appendix A, be approved as the revised Master Site Plan drawings subject to the conditions of Master Site Plan Approval in Appendix A. 3. That conditional approval be given to the Detailed Design Plans and Drawings listed in Schedule G, subject to the conditions in Appendix “A”. 4. That the Director of Planning Services be delegated authority to give final approval to Detailed Plans and Drawings in accordance with the provisions of By-law 2010-124.

That the application by the Halton Catholic School Board (S.P.1432.005/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated October 13, 2011, from the Planning Services Department; and That staff be requested to work with the Halton Catholic School Board in efforts to assist with getting further tree plantings on site.

That the application by the Conseil Scolaire de district Catholique Centre-Sud, (S.P.1430.037/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated October 13, 2011, from the Planning Services Department; That the updated Sediment and Control Guidelines be included with the Site Alteration Permit; and That it is understood that the appropriate financial deposits and permits will not be released until such time that the corresponding catch basins and storm water ponds on site are cleaned following the construction period.

That the application (S.P.1609.020/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated November 2, 2011, from the Planning Services Department.

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005, submitted by Pattison Sign Group on behalf of Budds Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Inc., Site Plan File Number: SP. 1619.016/04SV for one new fascia sign, be approved.

That the application (S.P.1609.021/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated November 2, 2011, from the Planning Services Department.

That the Site Plan Committee meeting schedule for 2012, as contained in the report dated November 7, 2011 from the Planning Services Department, be received as amended to change the July 4, 2012 meeting date to July 3, 2012.
