That the property at 3075 Trafalgar Road be removed from the Heritage Register to allow for the demolition of all structures on the property, subject to the following: a. The owners shall advertise the barn for salvage in the local newspaper on or prior to September 14, 2012 to the satisfaction of the Senior Manager of Current Planning and Heritage.
