That Heritage Permit Application HP38/12-42.20F for the reconstruction of the garage at 484 Falgarwood Drive, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated September 20, 2012 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That the owner be permitted to install the historic wood windows on the west elevation of the reconstructed garage; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That the report titled “Development Application – VGR Investments Ltd – 2495 Old Bronte Road”, dated September 12, 2012, be received.

That the report titled “Development Application – Green Ginger Developments Inc. – 257 Dundas Street East”, dated September 20, 2012, be received.
