That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That Report PD-098-11 dated March 6, 2012, from the Planning Services Department be received; and 2. That Zoning By-law Amendment 2012-001, which makes general amendments to the North Oakville Zoning By-law 2009-189, be passed, as revised in accordance with the memorandum dated March 19, 2012 from the Planning Services Department and distributed at the meeting.

That comments from the public regarding the proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Plan of Condominium applications (File No. ZA 1734.04, 24CDM11004/1734) by Nautical Lakes Investments Inc. be received.

That comments from the public regarding the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application (File No. ZA 1430.28) by Peppergate Developments Inc. be received.

That the draft plan of vacant land condominium submitted by Public Storage Canada ULC be approved subject to the conditions attached in Appendix “A”, of report PD-009-12 dated February 16, 2012 from the Planning Services Department.

That this meeting proceed beyond the hour of 10:00 p.m., but no later than 10:30 p.m.

That the Terms of Reference for the South Central Public Lands Study Subcommittee, as outlined in Report PD-017-12, be adopted; and 2. That the following members of Council be appointed to the South Central Public Lands Study Subcommittee: Mayor Burton; Councillor Damoff; Councillor Duddeck; Councillor Gittings; and Councillor Bird.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2012-001 A by-law to amend the Town of Oakville’s North Oakville Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended, to amend a number of terms, definitions, and permissions regarding uses by governmental authorities, in addition to a number of housekeeping amendments associated with the affected provisions, as revised. (Re: Item 1) 2012-012 A by-law to assume various streets and blocks in Registered Plan 20M-910, and Reference Plans 20R-14182, 20R-14575, 20R-14648 and 20R-17011 and to repeal and replace By-law 2011-134. 2012-028 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
