Site Plan Committee Meeting

That the minutes of the Site Plan Committee meeting of May 1, 2012, be approved.

That the application by the Regional Municipality of Halton (SP. 1715.007/03) be approved, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 15, 2012, from the Planning Services department, as revised to include the addition of condition 1(b) under section A as follows: “Landscape Plan – That the applicant revise the landscape plan to provide additional plantings within Burnett Park the Kerr Street right-of-way and the southern end of Wilson Street to the satisfaction of the Town, for the purpose of providing additional screening.”

That the application by the Northcote Properties Ltd. (SP. 1602.012/02) be approved, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 28, 2012, from the Planning Services department.

That consideration of the staff report from the Planning Services department dated May 24, 2012 regarding the application by Stoneshore Holdings Inc., for a new 2 storey dwelling at 20 Harbourside Court be

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law, submitted by Canadian Sign Consultants Inc. on behalf of Prime Restaurants Inc. (Fionn MacCool’s) (File SP.1412.024/09SV) for an additional 36.8 m 2 (396 sq. ft.) fascia sign on the northern elevation of the existing building located at 350 Dundas Street East be denied.

That the site plan application submitted by London Hills Builders Ltd. (SP.1320.004/01) be approved, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated June 5, 2012 from the Planning Services department.

That the application by Oakville Great Lakes Marketplace Inc. be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 24, 2012, from Planning Services, as revised to include the following to the end of condition A(4): “including a clause related to compliance with the minutes of settlement.”

That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005 submitted by Kolani Wholesale, Site Plan File Number: SP1729.067/01SV be approved as outlined in the report dated May 18, 2012 from the Planning Services department.

That the application (S.P. 1716.019/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2012, from the Planning Services department.

That the application (S.P. 1716.020/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2012, from the Planning Services department.

That the application (S.P.1719.024/01) be approved subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2012, from the Planning Services department, as revised to include the following new clause under condition A-1: c. That additional landscaping be planted on the east side of the property where there is a break in the line of trees for privacy purposes to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning Services.
