That the recommendations of the Community Services Committee meeting of March 19, 2013, be approved.

That the recommendations of the Administrative Services Committee meeting of March 19, 2013, be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2013-013 A by-law to prescribe rules and regulations for Parks within the Town of Oakville and to repeal By-law 1999-159, as amended. (Re: CSC Item 4) 2013-031 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council .

That the 2012 Oakville Road System Report , as detailed in the staff report from the Engineering and Construction department, dated February 25, 2013, be received.

That the staff report, Pedestrian Signal Warrant , as detailed in the report from the Engineering and Construction department, dated February 12, 2013, be received.

That the report entitled Fish Weigh Station, from the Parks and Open Space department, dated February 26, 2013, be received.

That the report, Parks By-law 2013-013, from the Parks and Open Space department, dated February 26, 2013, be received; and 2. That By-law 2013-013, being an amended and consolidated parks by‑law, be passed.

That the report on the New Oakville Waterfront Festival , dated February 27, 2013, from the Community Services Commission, be received.

That the 2013 Pedestrian Crossover Conversion Program , as detailed in the report from the Engineering and Construction department, dated February 25, 2013, be approved.

That the 2012 Accomplishments and the 2013 Workplan for the Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) be received.

That the minutes of the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting of February 14, 2013, be received.

That the Internal Audit 2012 Annual Report, attached as Appendix A to the February 5, 2013 report of the Director of Internal Audit, be received.
