That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the assumption of Registered Plan 20M-987 be approved; and 2. That By-law 2013-030, a by-law to assume public works and streets within Plan 20M-987, be approved.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a partial release of Agreements 306902, 505584, H842639 and HR497408.

That the Subdivision Agreement between the Town and Bronte Community Development Corporation (File: 24T-05027) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement; 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement with Bronte Community Development Corporation; and 3. That clause 39 of the Subdivision Agreement be amended to read: “That the owner agrees to conduct a pump test, survey of the static water level, and quality testing of all wells within 500 metres of the plan. The owner further agrees to resolve any claims of well interruption due to construction of municipal services to the satisfaction of the Region of Halton’s Development Co-ordinator.”

That the Subdivision Agreement between the Town and Biddington Homes Oakville Inc. (File: 24T-056004) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement and to insert any required plan numbers; and 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement with Biddington Homes Oakville Inc.

That the Subdivision Agreement between the Town and Pauls Burloak Nominee Co. Inc. (File: 24T-08007) be approved and the Town Solicitor be authorized to make minor changes to the Agreement, which do not affect the substance of the Agreement; and 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Subdivision Agreement with Pauls Burloak Nominee Co. Inc.

That the successful candidate for the position of commissioner, Community Services, as identified in confidential Appendix A to the April 17, 2013 report from the Chief Administrative Officer, be appointed.

That the Town Solicitor be instructed to take no position in the appeal by Graham Wathen before the Ontario Municipal Board, CAV A/031/2013, regarding a minor variance approval for 2476 Appalachain Drive.

That the Town Solicitor be instructed to take no position in the appeal by Bruno and Michelle Pelaia before the Ontario Municipal Board, CAV A/004/2013, regarding a minor variance approval for 3448 Ninth Line.

That Planning Services Department report, PD-034-13, which outlines the process and rationale for creating Design Guidelines for Stable Residential Communities , be received; 2. That the Design Guidelines for Stable Residential Communities (Appendix A) be endorsed for implementation; and 3. That minor adjustments to the Design Guidelines for Stable Residential Communities be undertaken by staff for coordination with the final version of the new zoning by-law, through the inZone process.

That Planning Services department report, PD-035-13, which outlines the 2013 program launch and terms of references for the Livable by Design Awards program, be received.

That Report PD-025-13, dated April 8, 2013, and titled, inZone Project (Zoning By-law Review): First Draft (v1.0) for Public Consultation , be received; and 2. That staff initiate phase three of the inZone project in accordance with the project Terms of Reference.

That comments from the public with respect to the Zoning By-law Amendment application by 822403 Ontario Inc. (File: Z.1716.16), be received.

That comments from the public with respect to the Zoning By-law Amendment application by Hamount Investments (File: Z.1411.24), be received; 2. That the Zoning By-law Amendment application (Z.1411.24) submitted by Hamount Investments, be approved; and, be approved in accordance with the draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment; and 3. That By-law 2013-034 be passed.
