Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of June 18, 2013, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP045/13-42.20D for the temporary relocation of the James Appelbe House as attached in Appendix A to the report dated July 10, 2013 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. That the property owner enter into an easement agreement and submit securities for 257 Dundas Street East prior to the relocation of the house in order to ensure the protection of the building during the relocation and restoration processes; b. That materials from the rear wing to be demolished be made available for salvage; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
