That Heritage Permit Application HP050/13-42.20W for renovation, restoration and relocation of the Lyon’s Log Cabin, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated August 14, 2013 from Planning Services, be approved; 2. That this heritage permit approval expires two years from the date of final approval by Council; and 3. That following the relocation of the Lyon’s Log Cabin an amendment to By-law 1993-054 be presented to Council for adoption to update the heritage designation by-law to identify the renovation, restoration and location of the structure.

That Heritage Permit Application HP052/13-42.20P for renovations, restoration and additions to 10 Park Avenue, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated August 14, 2013 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. That final details and specifications on all paint colours, doors, windows and shutters be submitted to staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit approval expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That Heritage Permit Application HP055/13-42.20T for a second storey rear addition and changes to the existing residence at 328 Trafalgar Road, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated August 14, 2013 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. That a dormer window be installed on the east elevation; and 2. That this heritage permit approval expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
