That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the October 15, 2013 report from the Building Services department regarding Demolition Process be received.

That comments from the public with respect to the Zoning By-law Amendment, Plan of Subdivision and Plan of Condominium applications by 1066834 Ontario Limited, (File No.: Z.1730.36, 24T-13001/1730, 24CDM 13003/1730), be received.

That comments from the public with respect to the Town initiated Zoning By‑law Amendment (File No. ZBA 1515.22) be received.

That the Zoning By-law Amendment by Memory Care Investments (Oakville) Ltd. (File Z.1617.40) be approved; 2. That By-law 2013-101 be passed; and 3. That in accordance with subsection 34(17) of the Planning Act , Council deems that the changes to the proposed By-law 2013-101 (File Z.1617.40) are minor and that no further public notice is required with respect to the proposed Zoning By-law.

That By-law 2013-093, a by-law to designate the properties at 474 Lakeshore Road East, 88 Park Avenue and 86 Park Avenue as properties of cultural heritage value or interest, be passed.

That the following recommendation pertaining to Item 6a of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on October 29, 2013, be approved and the remainder of the minutes be received: 6a. Heritage Permit Application HP067/13-42.20K 187 King Street - New Rear Addition and Deck 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP067/13-42.20K for a new rear addition and deck at 187 King Street, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated October 16, 2013, from Planning Services, be approved subject to details on the stone material being submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2013-093 A by-law to designate the properties at 474 Lakeshore Road East, 88 Park Avenue, and 86 Park Avenue as properties of cultural heritage value or interest (Re: Item 5) 2013-101 A by-law to amend the Town of Oakville’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 1984-63, as amended, to rezone the lands located at 105 Garden Drive (formerly 103 and 109 Garden Drive), to permit the development of a 60 unit Special Needs Housing building with ground floor commercial uses. (Memory Care Investments (Oakville) Ltd. Z.1617.40 (Re: Item 4) 2013-124 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
