That Heritage Permit Application HP070/13-42.20K a new rear addition and garage at 274 King Street, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated November 6, 2013 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following conditions: that the details regarding the wood siding be submitted to staff; that the grading be revised in front of the garage to allow for the garage door to be raised; and that these minor revisions be brought to staff for approval 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
