That Heritage Permit Application HP006/14-42.20F for new public washrooms and landscaping in Lakeside Park at 144 Front Street, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated March 19, 2014 from Planning Services, be approved as amended subject to wood windows, wood siding, and wood doors being installed on the building and that final details on these items along with roof material be provided to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That Heritage Permit Application HP007/14-42.20W for the replacement of the front porch and front door at 226 William Street, as attached in Appendix A to the report dated March 19, 2014 from Planning Services, be approved; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That the update regarding the 2014 Heritage Grant Program be received.
