That Heritage Permit Application HP037/14-42.20T for the replacement of windows and doors at 43 Trafalgar Road, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated July 16, 2014 from Planning Services, be approved subject to: a. the windows identified in Appendix C being retained and restored instead of replaced; b. the rest of the windows being replaced with single glazed wood windows with restoration glass with interior wood storm windows with details to be submitted to staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
