Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of May 26, 2015, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP019/15-42.20K for restoration of the Smith Houses at 531 and 533 Kerr Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated June 10, 2015 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. Any window replacements be approved by heritage planning staff prior to window removal; and b. Details for paint colours and any additional restoration required be submitted to heritage planning staff for final approval; 2. That By-law 2009-079 be amended to reflect a new legal description/ municipal address for the Smith Houses once they are lowered onto their new foundations; and 3. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
