That the application for a variance to the Sign By-law 2006-005, submitted by Pride Signs on behalf of Premier Operating Corporation Ltd., Site Plan File Number: SP. 1405.009/01SV, to permit one ground sign and four directional signs, in accordance with the plans submitted in Appendix C, be approved. 2. That prior to issuance of a sign permit, site plan agreement dated June 19th, 2006, registered on title as Instrument Number HR497408 (SP. 1405.002/04), be amended with a revised landscape plan providing for adequate landscape improvements, together with provision of a letter of undertaking securing the said landscape improvements, to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning Services.
