Special Council

That the Tax Levy By-law 2015-038, be passed.

That the 2015 Recommended Budget for the Downtown Oakville Business Improvement Area, requiring a levy of $871,285, as shown in Appendix A attached to the report dated April 2, 2015 from the Finance Department, be approved; 3. That the 2015 Proposed Budget for the Kerr Village Business Improvement Area subject to Annual General Membership approval, requiring a levy of $373,874, as shown in Appendix C attached to the report dated April 2, 2015 from the Finance Department, be approved; 4. That any subsequent revision or reallocation of funds within these budgets be approved by the relevant Board of Management by resolution and provided to the Treasurer, or designate of the town, who shall determine the significance of the change and advise if it requires Council approval; 5. That the Boards of Management ensure that the procurement of supplies and services, within the approved budgets, meet the requirements of the town’s Purchasing By-law.

That the 2015 Recommended Budget for the Bronte Village Business Improvement Area, requiring a levy of $334,750, as shown in Appendix B attached to the report dated April 2, 2015 from the Finance Department, be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2015-038 A by-law to provide for the levying of rates for the year 2015. 2015-051 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
