That comments from the public with respect to the Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications by Pendent Developments Limited and Lower Fourth Developments Limited (File Z.1317.04, 24T-15003/1317), be received.

That the property at 3388 Burnhamthorpe Road West be removed from the Oakville Register of Properties of Cultural Heritage Value or Interest.

That the following recommendation pertaining to Item 6a of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its meeting on August 25, 2015, be approved and the remainder of the minutes be received: 6a. Heritage Permit Application HP032/15-42.20D - 69 Dunn Street Exterior Alterations 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP032/15-42.20D for exterior alterations at 69 Dunn Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated August 12, 2015, from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. details for paint colours and window/door specifications shall be submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2015-088 A by-law to declare that certain land is not subject to part lot control (Blocks 471, 472, Plan 20M-1160, Plan 20R-20142; Blocks 473, 474, 475 Plan 20M-1160, Plan 20R-20141; Block 476, Plan 20M-1160, Plan 20R-20139; Blocks 487, 488, Plan 20M-1160, Plan 20R-20140) for Mattamy (Preserve) Limited. 2015-094 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
