That the comments from the public meeting with respect to the First and Second Street Heritage Conservation District Draft Plan and Guidelines be received.

That By-law 2015-090, a by-law to dedicate certain land as part of a public highway (Parts 2, 3, 7, 18, 33 and 47, Plan 20R-18906, and Parts 6, 11, 14 and 19, Plan 20R-18370, except Part 1, Plan 20R-19750 – Hospital Gate, Parts 15, 25, 26, 28, 30, 45 and 46, Plan 20R-18906 – Third Line) be passed.

That the nominees for the Young Heritage Leaders program, as set out in the confidential Appendix A of the report from Planning Services, dated September 22, 2015, be endorsed.

That this Committee resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, pertaining to Item C-2, Verbal Update from the Legal Department – Solicitor-Client Privilege.
