That the Conservation Management Strategy dated July 2015, be supported in principle for future implementation with particular attention paid to the possibilities of restoration and adaptive reuse of the original farmhouse, the barn and the summer house; and 2. That a Notice of Intention to Designate under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act be issued for the identified cultural heritage landscape of the property at 3269 Dundas Street West.

That Heritage Permit Application HP036/15-42.20R for construction of a new detached double car garage at 207 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated August 19, 2015 from Planning Services, be approved.

That the nominees for the Young Heritage Leaders program, as set out in confidential Appendix A to the report from Planning Services, dated September 9, 2015, be endorsed.
