That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of March 27, 2018, be approved.

That Heritage Permit Application HP013/18-42.20W for construction of a new two-storey addition and attached garage at 274 William Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated April 11, 2018 from Planning Services, be approved subject to the following: a. That any new windows and doors installed on the existing house be wood; and b. That final details on all new windows and doors be submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
