That Heritage Permit Application HP039/18-42.20D for the Enbridge pipeline remediation and tree removals at 1333 Dorval Drive, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated July 25, 2018 from Planning Services, be approved; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.
