Special Council Meeting Addendum

That Council resolve into a closed meeting session for the purpose of receiving advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose with respect to Item 4a – Heritage Permit Application HP039/42.20D 1333 Dorval Drive - Enbridge Pipeline Remediation and Tree Removals of Item 1 – Special Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of July 26, 2018.

That the following recommendation pertaining to Item 4(a) of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee minutes from its special meeting on July 26, 2018, be approved and the remainder of the minutes be received: 1. That Heritage Permit Application HP039/18-42.20D for the Enbridge pipeline remediation and tree removals at 1333 Dorval Drive, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated July 25, 2018 from Planning Services, be approved; and 2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2018-120 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a special meeting of Council.
