That the Memorandum of Settlement with CUPE Local 136 dated May 28, 2019 be ratified and that the agreement be executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057.

That the Canada Day Transportation Plan report dated June 3, 2019 be received; 2. That transit Route 1 with a drop off/pick up point at Marine Drive and Jones Street be maintained for the 2019 Canada Day event; and 3. That the town consult with the Bronte BIA and report back to council with options for the 2020 event in Q4 2019. 4. That staff work with the Bronte BIA to assist in activating Bronte Road during the daytime on Canada Day for 2019 at their expense.
