That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the assumption of Registered Plan 20M-1164 be approved; and 2. That By-law 2020-006 a by-law to assume completed public works and streets within Plan 20M-1164 be passed.

That the assumption of Registered Plan 20M-1103 be approved; and 2. That By-law 2020-014 a by-law to assume completed public works within Plan 20M-1103 be passed.

That the application (File No.: Z.1413.32) submitted by 2500674 Ontario Inc., to remove the Holding Provision “H36” from the lands located at 2136 and 2148 Trafalgar Road, be approved. 2. That By-law 2020-015, a by-law to remove the holding provision “H36” from Zoning By-law 2014-014, as amended, be passed.

That the Director of Planning Services be authorized to grant draft plan approval to the draft plan of condominium (24CDM-19010/1413) submitted by Biddington Homes Oakville Inc., prepared by J.H. Gelbloom Surveying Limited, dated January 9, 2020, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix ‘A’ of the report dated January 29, 2020, from the Planning Services department.

That the Director of Planning Services be authorized to grant draft plan approval to the Draft Plan of Condominium (24CDM-19006/1314) submitted by Mattamy (DUC) Limited, prepared by R-PE Surveying Ltd., dated June 14, 2019, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix ‘A’ of the Planning Services report dated January 29, 2020.

That the Terms of Reference for the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee (HOAC) attached as Appendix A to the staff report dated January 29, 2020, be approved.

That the public meeting report prepared by the Planning Services Department dated January 29, 2020, be received. 2. That comments from the public with respect to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment submitted by JRB-109 Reynolds Holdings LP – JRB Developments (File No.: Z.1613.61) be received. 3. That analysis of the following matters of interest to Council be included as part of the recommendation report: a) urban design matters including an enhanced streetscape; b) consider how to integrate electrical vehicle charging stations into the development; c) comparison of some of the nearby building heights so that we have an idea as to how this one will fit; d) review automobile parking space dimensions and the total number of bicycle parking spaces; e) overall height, specifically with respect to adding on to the mechanical penthouse; f) consideration for community benefits for the bonusing; g) LEED certification; and h) construction coordination with downtown work.

That a Notice of Intention to Designate under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act for the Sixteen School, located at 2477 Fourth Line, as identified in Appendix A to the report dated January 29, 2020 from the Planning Services Department, be issued.

That a Notice of Intention to Designate under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act for the St. Jude’s Cemetery cultural heritage landscape, located at 258 Lakeshore Road West, as identified in Appendix A to the report dated January 29, 2020 from the Planning Services Department, be issued.

That a Notice of Intention to Designate under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act for the Oakville Harbour cultural heritage landscape, as identified in Appendix A to the report dated January 29, 2020 from the Planning Services Department, be issued.

That a Notice of Intention to Designate under Section 29, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act for the Bronte Harbour and Bluffs cultural heritage landscape, as identified in Appendix A to the report dated January 29, 2020 from the Planning Services Department, be issued.

That the minutes of the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee meeting of January 21, 2020, be received.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2020-006 A by-law to assume Registered Plan 20M-1164. (Re: Item 1) 2020-014 A by-law to assume Registered Plan 20M-1103. (Re: Item 2) 2020-015 A by-law to remove the Holding “H” Provision from the lands municipally described as 2136 and 2148 Trafalgar Road (2500674 Ontario Inc., File No.: Z.1413.32).
