That this meeting proceed into a Committee of the Whole session.

That the assumption of Registered Plan 20M-1141 be approved. 2. That By-law 2020-120, a by-law to assume completed public works within Plan 20M-1141 be passed.

That the application (File No.: Z.1319.09) submitted by 393 Dundas G.P. to remove the “H36” holding provision from the lands known as 393 Dundas Street West, be approved. 2. That By-law 2020-107, a by-law to remove the “H36” holding provision from Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended, be passed.

That the application (File No.: Z.1319.08) submitted by 407 Dundas G.P. to remove the “H21” holding provision from the lands known as 407 Dundas Street West, be approved. 2. That By-law 2020-108, a by-law to remove the “H21” holding provision from Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended, be passed.

That the partial assumption of Registered Plan 20M-1171 be approved. 2. That By-law 2020-121 a by-law to partially assume completed public works and streets within Plan 20M-1171 be passed

That the public meeting report prepared by the Planning Services Department dated October 21, 2020, be received. 2. That comments from the public with respect to the proposed draft plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment submitted by 11673092 Canada Inc. (File Nos.: 24T-20008.1411 and Z.1411.26), be received. 3. That analysis of the following matters of interest to Council be included as part of the recommendation report: a) Review the appropriateness of privacy issues with respect to any proposed side windows. b) Review the appropriateness of the shape of the most northerly lot on Woodridge Way. c) Review the town’s sidewalk design. d) Review the appropriateness of the three entrances on Woodridge Way.

That this committee rise and report.

That the report and recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

That the following by-law(s) be passed: 2020-107 A by-law to remove the Holding Provision on the lands municipally known as 393 Dundas Street West, File No. Z.1319.09. (Re: Item 2) 2020-108 A by-law to remove the Holding Provision on the lands municipally known as 407 Dundas Street West, File No. Z.1319.08. (Re: Item 3) 2020-120 A by-law to assume Registered Plan 20M-1141. (Re: Item 1) 2020-121 A by-law to partially assume Registered Plan 20M-1171. (Re: Item 4) 2020-130 A by-law to confirm the proceedings of a meeting of Council.
