That By-law 2020-049, a by-law to amend By-law 2019-024 the Town of Oakville Procedure By-law allowing Members of Council to participate electronically in open and closed meetings during emergencies, be passed. 2. That any notice requirement in accordance with the Public Notice and Engagement Policy be waived.
